The endoscopic brow lift elevates your brow and restores the natural arch of your eyebrows. By gently lifting the tissues of the forehead, the area around your eyes is opened up to show a more youthful appearance. Because Dr. Kluska uses an endoscopic method with small surgical incisions, this brow lift is considered minimally invasive.

Endoscopic Brow Lift: Who can benefit from this surgery?
In some people the brow tissues will descend and droop over time. This gradual descent often leads to a variety of unwanted cosmetic imperfections:
- Lines and furrows on the forehead or near eyelids
- Distorted brow shape
- Crow’s Feet or Glabellar lines
There are several alternative brow lifts offered by plastic surgeons, but the preferred method today is the endoscopic technique. With small incisions, the patient can benefit from reduced operation time and decreased risk of complications.
How Has Aging Affected Your Face?
Like all procedures in facial plastic surgery, the goal of an endoscopic brow lift is to provide a natural improvement. But first, we need to evaluate your conditions and understand how aging has affected your face and brow. It may help to study your photos from years ago, so we can see what has changed and understand the proper appearance of your youthful brow. During your consultation with Dr. Kluska, you will discuss these goals, ensuring that your endoscopic brow lift is performed to meet your expectations.
The Technique
Dr. Kluska uses the endoscope to view your underlying forehead tissues during surgery. 4 incisions are made behind your hairline, allowing the doctor to gently lift and fixate the brow tissues. The incisions are then closed with small stitches or clips. The whole procedure requires about 1 to 2 hours, usually under local anesthesia.
